The Executive: Legal Services, Compliance & Governance provides strategic leadership over NamPost’s legal, governance, and enterprise-wide compliance framework. The function serves as a key advisor to the Board, its Committees and Executive Management, ensuring that the organisation operates within the applicable legislative and regulatory environment while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.

The Department is responsible for:

·        Provision of in-house legal advisory services across all business units;

·        Company secretarial services to the Board and its Committees;

·        Oversight of corporate governance structures and governance best practice;

·        Enterprise-wide compliance management and regulatory liaison;

·        Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and advising on risk exposure;and

·        Embedding a culture of integrity, accountability and responsible business conduct;
