EFT Payment for NamPost Customers.

NamPost is now officially a participant on NAMPAY.

To enjoy faster payment turnaround times, we encourage you to use our EFT services through:

  • Online Banking at https://onlinebanking.nampost.com.na/;
  • MyNamPost Banking App – available on the App Store and Google Play Store (see QR Codes above); and
  • Over-the-Counter services at your nearest Post Office.

 With EFT, you can now:

  • Transfer to other NamPost clients;
  • Move funds from your account to your Savings Pockets;
  • Send money to commercial banks in Namibia;
  • Receive payments from other banks directly to your SmartCard account (starting with 911/922)
  • Use our universal branch code: 886-000

Payment Cut-Off Times:

  •  Weekdays: Before 14:00 PM
  •  Saturdays: Before 09:00 AM

Payments made within these times will reflect on the same day.

Payments made after cut-off times or on Sundays will reflect on the next business day.

Business Clients: Take advantage of Same Day and Dated Services at your local Post Office.


EFT Payments to NamPost SmartCard Account holders

Customers from other commercial banks can make direct transfers to NamPost SmartCard accounts with ease.

Here’s how:

  • While on your online banking or mobile app, select Namibia Post Ltd as the recipient bank.
  • In the beneficiary account number field, enter the SmartCard number (starting with 911 or 922).
  • Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
  • Complete the payment by following your bank’s standard EFT process.
